This XVIII century large Villa ( 400 m2 plus) is undertaking final restoration works at the moment. That is the reason why pictures are not completed and will be renewed soon to show final state as soon as decoration works are finished.

It is located at just 10 min. drive from Santiago de Compostela beside the road to Pontevedra ( N-550) and about half way to the town of Padron, and has a private large garden (about 4.000 m2) and a new pool.

In front of the house there is a small park with trees and an old chapel.

There are three floors in the building but the basement level is not to be used.

In the ground floor there is a large living room (more than 60 m2), a kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with bathroom (ensuite).

In first floor, five double/twin bedrooms all with its own bathroom (except one with shower).

All the house has been restored using first quality materials, including solid oak/chestnut timber for doors & floors, and the original granite walls have been preserved.
