Country house in the rural village of Nigoi (Pontevedra) with large garden and pool, near the busy market town of La Estrada, and 30 minutes from Beach and Santiago de Compostela. Seen from the road the property is in fact in the first floor of a large building , but it has it's own entrance by the garden at the back, at ground level (just a few steps), looking as a semiditached house.

Garden and pool are private and for sole use of renters and there is a gate which connects to the road in the front for car access and private parking.

It has four bedrooms, all ‘en suite’, two doubles and two twin.

In the ground floor by the front, there is a small bar run by same owners, where locals go to play cards or have a chat and a drink. They can provide for some meals if told in advance to allow for fresh food shopping, at very good prices.

Rafa's family (owners) will make you feel at home.

The location is very beautiful with one of Galicia's best trout fishing river nearby (Rio Umia), guided orienteering in the nearby hills, horse riding, and interesting places to visit such as the Pazo de Oca and old monasteries. Horses, rafting, tennis courts, golf, etc, all at short distances.

The house can provide bicycles but inquire first.
