This is a large villa in the Ría de Pontevedra. It is a beautiful area, very popular with Spanish tourists and just over 40 minutes from Santiago along the motorway. The villa is located 1 kilometre from San Xenxo a busy little fishing port and ten minutes from the historical city of Pontevedra.
The villa is divided in two units and each one has four bedrooms ( two double and two twins), one of which in each apartment has a bathroom included.
Each unit has a spacious kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Also the living room/ dining room is bright and comfortable with views over the garden.
The patio overlooks the private swimming pool and the sea. It’s a wonderful view.

- Prices are per week in euros (up to 12 people).
- Extra people at 100 EUR/week
- Booking deposit: 40% of total rental price.
- Saturday is the change over day. Ask for other possibilities.
