Casa Domínguez is a comfortable country house in a large plot of land ( near 2.000 m2) located in a quiet rural area, with only a few houses around, and very close to the atlantic sea coast ( a few hundred meters). It gets all the sun along day and the private garden has fruit trees, (apples, pears, etc.), vine trees, a brick barbecue, a fixed stone table outside, a fountain and a nice pool.

The house is really in a nice location, with the sea a few hundred meters in front of you, at the other side of the main road where you divert to get the side road to the house.

To say everything, just for sensitive people, remember that you are in a rural area with some farms around, so some day may happen that you get some tipical 'country' smell, but you know what you can expect being in the rural!.

The house is not too large but space has been used very well. Downstairs, there is an open space for a dining area at your left and the integrated kitchen at your right. In front you have two doors, one which leads to a double bedroom and other to a twin bedroom. On the far left you have the door to the main bathroom, which is so large as to have also the washing machine. Also at your left the stairs go up to the next floor.

Upstairs there is a lounge quiet spacious, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom (shower).

All the rooms have exterior windows, so they are very bright.

House will be painted and redecorated in the exterior before summer, so it will look better.

You can do marvellous excursions to near places, as Baiona at 12 Km, A Guardia at 17 Km (both of them with beautiful secure beaches), There is a Spa at 5 Km (Balneario Talaso), horses at 2 Km, Pozas de Mougás at 3 Km, Monte Tecla (gueltic fort) in A Guardia, etc.

Distances: 140 Km ( 1:30 h) to Porto airport in near Portugal, 30 Km ( 30 min) to Vigo airport, 130 Km ( 1:30 h) to Santiago de Compostela airport.
