One of the few original houses which still can be found in some Galician fishing villages, at the side of the sea, in the actual port, in the middle of the new buildings, and at a few hundred meters from the local beach and, in the other direction, at similar distance to the sailing club, in an unbeatable location, close to all the services and restaurants.

On top of this, there is a good size pool ( about 12 x 5 m of irregular shape) in the enclosed garden with high fence/hedges all arround for privacy.

The house needs a paint and redecoration, and pictures were taken recently in winter time, when the house was not ready for this, but they give an idea of the potential of this property as an ideal holidays' premises. It really is a large comfortable dittached building, with a large terrace in the front, looking to the port. Furniture is old fashioned but with the original character of these houses built long ago.

At 45 min. drive is the historical city of Santiago de Compostela.

Beautiful sandy beaches are found all around this area, including the local beach in this town.
