The apartment is in ground floor of a new building at the entrance of the fishing village of Portosin, beside the main road to Santiago, with fascinating views to the Ria de Muros (sea inlet) and just 5 min. walk to the beach of Coira.
It has three bedrooms (one double and two single), one bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a spacious living room. All the rooms are exterior and therefore very bright.
There is a large basement and a patio for shared use by both apartments. A veg garden is also at the back of the house.
There is no need for car as you have everything at hand. There is a narrow corridor by the side of the house, which brings you straight to the Port and beside the sailing club of Portosin.
